You guys, I just can’t handle the incredible clients that have come my way for this coming wedding season. They are genuine, just good humans who love on eachother and make for fun & enjoyable shoots together. Because it’s real. Kari & Lance decided that they really wanted to incorporate much of themselves into their Ann Arbor engagement shoot and have a little more fun without the pressure they’ll most likely have on their wedding day this coming October at Mill Creek Wilde Barn (which I’m so excited about!). They share a deep love for books and film, so we thought we’d head into Literati (one of my favorites too) for part of their shoot after we met up right here in Dexter at the cider mill to start.
Random fact for you: Did you know that the Dexter Cider Mill is the oldest one in Michigan? Yes! All the cider mills in Michigan … just think about that … and it is the oldest. And just a few mins walking distance from our house.
Ok, back to Lance & Kari’s shoot … it was one of those first real summer feeling days and the sun was just right for the look/feel we were going for. Kari is a serious stunner! I kind of knew this when we had our first meeting at my house, but to watch her light up around Lance was beautiful! We shot for a couple of hours and wrapped up just as the sun was setting in downtown Ann Arbor. Here’s a peek at Kari & Lance’s engagement shoot.
