Sometimes, the stars line up just right and Mother Nature gives us a sweet little nod. She throws us some beautiful rays of sunshine, a light breeze and calls it a day. That’s pretty much what happened on Day 2 of our Fresh Faces 2013 shoot that was a collaboration of myself, Aubri of Pink Sky Photography, Jillian Sollars and Lauren Kronberg. I don’t think we even realized it when we split the girls up for these two shoots that they would step in front of our cameras and have the time of their lives. The laughter, dancing and moments were real. Every single one. And it was pretty magical. It was liberating to shoot for fun, and for myself. There’s something amazing that happens when we’re given complete creative freedom. We hatched a plan a few months back for these shoots and it was amazing to see it all come together. And Elise, Kelsey, Carley and Kaylee … I don’t think I have the words to thank you enough for being such beautiful people inside and out. Without you and the support of your parents, we would have never had this experience. Thank you.
