Dear September, slooooow down. This month has been such whirlwind of engagement shoots, seniors and weddings I barely have a moment to catch my breath! I have a backlog of beautiful couples just waiting to show off their shoots, and not nearly enough time at my desk to do it. But I’m ok with that, because behind my camera is my favorite place to be. It’s my favorite place to be because I get to spend time with my clients getting to know a little more about them, how they met and they wedding day plans. Which normally sounds like small talk, but to a wedding photographer, it’s my everything! It’s how I take a peek into their very own love story and what makes them click. It gives me insight into what they want toe wedding day to actually “feel” like and how I will tell that to everyone who sees their images after the fact. And that’s what I do best. I want guests who were there (or even those who could not attend) look back and remember that day for the moments that unfolded both sweet and outrageous. That’s what I do!
But enough rambling (once again) about how much I love my job … here’s a peek at Bobbie & Steve’s sweet engagement shoot from a few weeks ago. I loved getting to know these guys better, and despite crazy schedules, we were abele to spend a few hours together. Enjoy!
