A Waldenwoods winter wedding is something that has been on my “bucket list” for a few years now. This rustic, cozy setting is just perfect for falling snow & a bride that has all the makings for the perfect winter bride. Enter Elizabeth. As a NICU Nurse, she was simply unphased by the 2 degrees and harsh weather on the day she married Phil. She was simply stunning, and everything a winter bride embodies. Red lips, fur stole, a dress just a few shades different than the fresh fallen snow. An amazing palate of rich reds & greens by Ruby Slipper Design completed the vibe. And most of all, this glow about her overtime she thought about marrying her love. We gathered them at the carriage house for a “first look” on the porches to make the most of the daylight, before joining their wedding party & having a peek at room anxiously waiting to be filled later that evening with friends, family & hot cocoa by the fire. It was a beautiful day for these two, including their church ceremony & a stop in Downtown Brighton for cocktails & portraits at Brewery Becker. They celebrated late into the night surrounded by their closest family & friends. I was honored to be there to capture it all.
Here’s a look at Elizabeth & Phil’s Walendwoods Winter Wedding.
