I love getting to a shoot, and I can pretty much see the energy as I’m pulling into the parking lot. It’s a good mix of nerves, pressure and hurry let’s get this done. And I thrive on it. Sounds crazy, I know. But I love to take those bundle of nerves wind them up as tight as they’ll go, then let loose and watch them unwind ….
That’s exactly how my shoot went with Lauren & Evan. I’ve known Lauren for a few years now, and was dying to get her and her gorgeous red locks in front of my camera. And Evan? Oh, that smile is just icing on the cake. I loved every minute with them both. Our shoot didn’t last too long, because it was full of that perfect fall light and two people who are crazy about each other. These two are getting married next year at Weller’s in Saline, and if they’re engagement shoot is just a peek at what their wedding day will be like, then I’m in for a real treat. Here’s a peek.
