I’ve had this one waiting in the wings, and I’m so excited to share it with you on this Thanksgiving Day. MaryBeth & Nick’s Cornman Farms wedding in late October was filled to the brim with incredible details, friends from afar and the. most. perfect. fall day on the farm. It was nearly 70 degrees on their wedding day, we had sunshine, the richest fall colors, goats and even a piñata filled with libations.
MaryBeth & Nick both got ready on the farm that morning before heading downstairs for their first look and strolling the grounds with their wedding party. These two are very laid back and we spent most of our time visiting with some of their closest, enjoying Nicks favorite donuts, sipping on wine and anticipating the arrival of family & friends from around the globe. Needless to say, every detail of their wedding day was incredible. My dear friend Jen House Design put together one of the most stunning palettes in a bouquet that I’ve seen all season (can you say protea??), and the flowers truly set the stage for this fall wedding. Their reception was held in the tent on the grounds and was dripping in the prettiest pops of red, gold and glass. Sometimes, when I shoot weddings like this I hope my images even begin to translate just how pretty it was in person. Ok, so maybe I’ll just stop trying to describe it and let their images tell the story.
