Warning: this post is not only making it’s debut long after these two have received their gallery, but also contains A TON of images that we loved capturing for their University of Michigan Museum of Art wedding this past February. I mean, you guys I have loved working with Christina & Eric (& Roni too!) from the moment we met at their engagement shoot. I had the pleasure of meeting these guys through Kaeli 0f Luna Soiree Events, and I am so thankful because we were just the right fit!
Their wedding day was timeless from the moment they started their day at the newly remodeled (and pretty amazing) The Graduate in Downtown Ann Arbor. I loved this navy & silver wedding that incorporated a beautiful nod to U of M and had a timeless, deco vibe. The guys were stunning, and yes I usually use that word to describe the bride … but these gentlemen were on point with their black and navy tuxes. The maids wore navy deco patterned gowns and it was just the perfect, classic mix. I could have shot this wedding 10 times over, each time leaving me a little more inspired by this look.
After their ceremony, they danced into the night with family & friends, live music by The Killer Flamingos & drool worthy details at UMMA. More silver & navy in all it’s brilliance, followed by traditions from Eric’s culture. This may have been one of the most packed dance floors I’ve seen in awhile! But of course Eric & Christina set the bear high when they broke into a choreographed Michael Jackson duet during their first dance as husband & wife.
